What service will I receive as a Saxo Bank client?

As a Saxo Bank client, you have free and unlimited access to our Client Service Centre that can assist you with technical and account-related issues, 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Clients opening an account with USD 100,000 or more have access to their own personal Account Executive Team, available by phone, e-mail or online chat 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, to handle account enquiries and trading issues in most major languages.

What regional support is available?

Saxo Bank has international desks to take care of specific countries and languages. We currently have desks specifically for Europe, Middle East, East Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and Spain. We support over 72 languages and the list is growing.

I’m new to trading. Do you offer educational resources?

Yes, we do. Our TradeMentor education program is free of charge and covers all the basics of trading Forex and CFDs, technical analysis, charts and more in a series of online videos and downloadable tutorials.

How do I use the GlobeTax tax reclaim service?

GlobeTax is the world’s largest and most successful tax reclaim specialist. To use this service, simply log into your Saxo Bank account and choose "Tax Reclaim Services" under the Account menu.
